How to Let Bad Stress Go and Let Good Stress In with Rob Lacroix and Claire Fitzpatrick, D.C.

Thursday, Nov. 14, 6-8
WeWork Strawinskylaan
Strawinskylaan 4117 4th floor · Amsterdam

There is good stress and bad stress. Good stress is when we push ourselves to excel at something we love, like running, bicyling, or a sport. Bad stress happens when we experience prolonged feelings of overwhelm and hopelessness, repetative physical trauma, and when we take in harmful chemicals from our environment.

How do we know when we are in a hyperstressed state? What can we do to minimize the bad stress in our lives? What can we do to encourage good stress, the kind that is necessary to live a full, rich life?

Claire Fitzpatrick, D.C. teams up with Rob Lacroix, Executive Coach and Stress Expert, for this discussion. We’re going to unpack the many mechanisms of stress, physical, chemical, and emotional. We’ll show you how to tell where you are on the stress spectrum, how to predict your future health, and what to do to change bad stress into good stress.

Rob Lacroix is Menselijk Rendement Coaching, an executive and lifestyle coaching firm that specializes in stress reduction and performance excellence.

Rob: “I have worked in the private sector for more than 20 years in addition to the government and non-profit sector. Work pressure, expectations, goals and performance were the most normal thing there. In those years, I learned how to do things about stress and how it can be done. And what is needed for that.

“It is this experience, combined with a PostHBO training to coach, that make me the person to help you, to deal with stress better.”

Claire Fitzpatrick is a Doctor of Chiropractic in Amsterdam, and Chief Creation Officer of Joy Health and Body, an integrative health care concept with the aim of disrupting health care delivery as we know it.

Claire: “I take a gentle, hands-on approach to chiropractic. Non-force, gentle chiropractic can often lead to profound results in health and healing. When not helping patients and creating a wellness network for Joy, I write and gives classes in chiropractic philosophy, strategic, vitalistic health of mind and spirit, and Eastern and Western wisdom tradition. I also volunteer my time to help groups who work to keep our environment healthy.”

CBD Oil: Myth, Magic, or Science?

In 1974, the first issue of High Times magazine featured an article touting the health benefits of hemp. Only a short 44 years later (!!!), cannabidiol (CBD) oil from industrial hemp is becoming widely recognized for its therapeutic applications.

Lately, there seems to be so much hype around CBD oil and its benefits, and so many companies now making their own CBD oil tinctures, that the reports look almost too good to be true.

Is CBD oil really that good? What are the benefits? What is the right dosage? Which companies can I trust?

I’ll cover all that and more, I’ll be giving out samples of my Super Duper CBD Wonder Cream (I still don’t have a proper name for it as of this writing) and I will be announcing special pre-order benefit from a highly reputable company right here in Amsterdam. They have developed a CBD oil delivery system that is the first of its kind, and that is certified by the Dutch government for its efficacy and purity, backed by solid research, This is big!

You don’t want to miss out on this evening’s educational talk and this special offer. Bring a friend whom you trust. You’re going to come away with much needed information and an opportunity to discover if this is the thing that you have been missing.
