There is good stress and bad stress. Good stress is when we push ourselves to excel at something we love, like running, bicyling, or a sport. Bad stress happens when we experience prolonged feelings of overwhelm and hopelessness, repetative physical trauma, and when we take in harmful chemicals from our environment.

How do we know when we are in a hyperstressed state? What can we do to minimize the bad stress in our lives? What can we do to encourage good stress, the kind that is necessary to live a full, rich life?

Claire Fitzpatrick, D.C. teams up with Rob Lacroix, Executive Coach and Stress Expert, for this discussion. We’re going to unpack the many mechanisms of stress, physical, chemical, and emotional. We’ll show you how to tell where you are on the stress spectrum, how to predict your future health, and what to do to change bad stress into good stress.
